Attendance at international programs and events sponsored by IAML may be recorded by photographs and/or video. IAML frequently uses photos of participants on its website, its social media channels, and other means of dissemination to promote the value, and use of, music libraries, archives, and documentation centers, and their services and to advance the aims and objectives of the organization.
If individuals do not want to be photographed, they should notify the event organizers prior to or immediately after the event. IAML does its best to make sure everyone being photographed is aware of the situation and has the opportunity to decline to participate if they choose.
If anyone finds an image of themselves that they would like removed from the IAML website or social media platforms, please contact webeditor@iaml.info and it will be removed promptly.
