IAML membership is open to any person or institution interested in the work of the Association.
To join, please check if your country has a national branch. If it does, contact the secretary or treasurer of that branch through email links on the branch's page. National branches determine their own dues and renewal dates.
If you are not covered by a national branch please contact the IAML Treasurer to join the International Association directly. Direct member dues are 49,50 euro (individual) and 84,50 euro (institutional), renewed by 29 February 2025 for the 2025 membership year.
Members of the International Association receive Fontes Artis Musicae, benefit from reduced members' rates for attendance at the annual international congress and online events throughout the year, have the right to vote in elections for officers of the International Association, and access to members-only content on the website. Please note that institutional members receive Fontes Artis Musicae in print, whereas individual members have access to the electronic version of Fontes Artis Musicae by default, but can switch to the print version by editing their profile or by contacting the treasurer. Individual members must be logged in to the website to read Fontes online.
