The IAML Congress will take place at UNIPARK Nonntal, Salzburg, Austria from 6-11 July 2025.

Poster proposals are invited on subjects related to music in libraries, archives, documentation centres and on music information provision in the wider community. Possible areas of focus include (but are not limited to):
- artificial intelligence
- cataloguing and classification
- collection management
- communities and resources across the world
- copyright
- digital humanities
- digital resources
- education and training
- equity, diversity and inclusion
- innovative music library resources and services
- music referencing, bibliography, discography
- music encoding
- music information retrieval
- musicological research
- professional development
- performance ephemera
- user and public engagement
Posters will convey the subject using a combination of graphics and narrative text attached to a presentation panel, and presenters may also distribute relevant handouts.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is 15 December 2024.
The Congress is open to anyone with an interest in the field, regardless of IAML membership status. Proposals can be submitted in any of IAML's official languages: English, French, or German. Submissions will be evaluated by the members of the IAML Forum of Sections. Please note that this is an in-person congress
After successful submission a confirmation message should appear on the screen and you should also receive a confirmation email message.
Applicants will be notified of the results of the selection process by Friday 16 February 2025.
The preliminary programme will be published in February 2025.

All speakers must be registered as a delegate to present at the Congress. Applications for travel bursaries are welcome.
