The new Köchel-Verzeichnis: A talk by Neal Zaslaw

Neal Zaslaw, Herbert Gussman Professor of Music Emeritus at Cornell University, is one of the world's leading authorities on Mozart. He has written or edited numerous monographs and over 75 articles on Baroque and Classical music, historical performance practice, Mozart, and other topics. A number of his writings have been translated into Italian, German, French, Spanish, Polish, and Japanese. Zaslaw is also the editor of the Köchel-Verzeichnis 2024, published by Breitkopf & Härtel. In this presentation, he will share insights from the 30-year process behind the monumental project of compiling the new Köchel-Verzeichnis. A brief Q&A session will follow.
