What was it like? Busy! Long days starting at around 8, and routinely finishing after 10 or later. Throughout the week, we hosted just over 310 delegates, of whom 210 were there for the whole week, others were there for social events, or stayed for a day or longer.
Årets konferens ägde rum i Prag 24–29/7. Anki, Besa, Kerstin (endast måndag kväll till fredag lunch) och Marina deltog från biblioteket.
I recently had the distinct pleasure of attending the 2022 International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML) Conference in beautiful Prague, where I presented a report on our score manuscript digitization project. It was a wonderful, music-filled experience shared with friends old and new. I hope you enjoy this travelogue.
Nachdem ich 2020 in Bonn die Tagung der IAML Deutschland besucht hatte, war dies nun für mich die erste internationale IAML-Tagung. Da für mich als Musikwissenschaftler nicht alle musikbibliothekarischen Themen von Interesse waren, hatte ich mich für ein 2-Days-Ticket für Mittwoch und Freitag entschieden. Und natürlich stand der RISM-Day am Samstag auf dem Plan.
Részt vettem az IAML (Zenei Könyvtárosok Nemzetközi Szervezet) idei konfernciáján, melyet Prágában 2022. július 24-29. között rendeztek meg. Az IAML Magyar Nemzeti Csoportjának és az MTA BTK Zenetudományi Intézetének képviseletében bekapcsolódtam a kongresszus munkájába hallgatóként.
