Welcome!
The Italian branch of IAML and the Accademia Nazionale di S. Cecilia with its Multimedia Library invited us to Rome for the 65th international IAML meeting, held July 3 - 8, 2016. The congress took place at the Auditorium Parco della musica, one of the most relevant and active centers for music in the city.
Planning your travel to Rome, please note that on Wednesday, June 29, Rome will celebrate the feast of patrons St. Peter and St. Paul; it is a local holiday and many activities are closed but you may enjoy the feast itself. The Jubilee of Mercy announced by Pope Francesco will bring many people to Rome between December 8, 2015 and November 20, 2016, but no particular event is scheduled during the congress week. We will keep you informed in case of any changes.
Don't forget: Tutte le strade portano a Roma = All roads lead to Rome ... just find yours!
