The rooms we set aside at our conference hotel, the Best Western Ville Marie, are almost gone, which is great, because we've had a good response for this hotel so far. Because they are almost gone we have been negotiating with another hotel and trying to secure a good rate. We hope to make announcement about the new hotel early next week. It will probably be a little farther away from the conference center, so if you wish to be close by, make your reservations at the Best Western before the rooms are all gone.
