The mission of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML) is to broaden access to music resources through international collaboration and advocacy, to support research, learning, performance and enjoyment. Our members open up the vast world of information and repertoire in their daily interactions with students, educators, researchers, musicians, and the general public. The Call for Papers is open for the session Music in the Library World to be held during the IFLA World Library and Information Congress in Dublin, Ireland, from 15-22 August 2020. Submit by 15 March 2020.
The Music Library Association (IAML US branch) is holding its annual meeting this week in Norfolk, Virginia. Many sessions will be live streaming for free.

I had the pleasure of participating in the celebration of the 100:th anniversary of the Nydahl Collection (The Foundation for the Advancement of Music Culture). The Nydahl Collection has an informative website from which I have compiled the text.
