The mission of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (IAML) is to broaden access to music resources through international collaboration and advocacy, to support research, learning, performance and enjoyment. Our members open up the vast world of information and repertoire in their daily interactions with students, educators, researchers, musicians, and the general public. I am sending you a reminder of the important discussion about the Report of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Restructuring of IAML, which will take place during the Council meeting on Sunday and Thursday + the "Roundtable discussion between National Representatives and the Board".

The IAML website (iaml.info) is to be redesigned to become the central point for storing and making accessible all virtual, public IAML documents. It will be the primary source for providing current information about the organization for all of its members. It is intended that the front page of the website will fulfill some of the functions of the previously published IAML newsletter.
