This issue continues with the theme of children and music libraries with two articles. One is about activities for children in a public library outside Stockholm, and the last one is about a large collection of printed music for children in an archive called Cantus Durus. The Swedish IAML branch had its annual meeting in April. We were very proud to have three Danish colleagues with us. The first day we visited the Royal Swedish Academy. After the annual meeting procedure we learned about the activities of the academy. Next day we spent in Svensk Musik, whose purpose is to document and provide information about Swedish music and we learned a lot about music publishing. Uppsala University Library has received an unusual gift: it is printed music, music literature and CDs with Croatian music. You can also read about the Music and Theatre Museum in Stockholm which will close for two years for restoration. When they reopen in 2016, after a total makeover they will be called the Swedish Museum of Performing Arts. Karlstad Public Library has started a new activity. Visitors can once again listen and borrow old LP records. It is very popular. These and many other things you can read about.
