Best Western rooms almost gone

The rooms we set aside at our conference hotel, the Best Western Ville Marie, are almost gone, which is great, because we've had a good response for this hotel so far. Because they are almost gone we have been negotiating with another hotel and trying to secure a good rate. We hope to make announcement about the new hotel early next week. It will probably be a little farther away from the conference center, so if you wish to be close by, make your reservations at the Best Western before the rooms are all gone.

We continue to have plenty of rooms available at the McGill Residences - http://www.library.mcgill.ca/iaml2012/node/38 -- which have very good rates for Montreal and are just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the conference centre.

If you need to keep your costs low during the conference, you can stay at the McGill Residences -- the Royal Victoria College is $40 per night for a single room or $65 for a double. The McGill New Residence is $99 for a double room. Check them out at - http://www.library.mcgill.ca/iaml2012/node/38
